Green card question-How many hours do you have to work to maintain your green card status?

Someone told me it was 40 hours/week,someone else said it can be a part time job,but it has to be a steady job.I checked the government website,but I couldn't figure it out.|||if you have a greencard you can work as much or little as you want, there is no rule.





However, if you had your greencard less than 5 years you won't get any government assistance or other social services. So you have to work enough to support yourself if you don't want to live on the street.|||There is no required working hours for a green card status.
