Currently i am trying to fill up my citizen form (N400) and i have a question on addition question which is are removal, exclusion, rescission, or deportation proceeding pending against you. And i don't understand should i say yes or no.
i think i should say no but one of my friends he was questioned by interviewer and he was told that he should write yes base on he got his asylum status via court.
help me|||You haven't even mentioned how you got your status,how can anyone help if you don't give the relevant information concerning yourself.
Those that get asylum via court are usually being placed in removal proceedings as the status is adjudicated via the court.
