Is there an expedited process for getting a green card/permanent residency status for business owners?

I heard some time ago (right before the handover of Hong Kong to the Chinese) that there was a different or easier method to obtain a residency permit, but can't find any reference to it.|||In the 1990s, certain individuals in Hong Kong qualified for immigrant visas due to the takeover of HK by the PROC, but that was in the 1990s.





The only other possibility is the entrepreneur visa. Take a look at the application form, I-526, which you can find online. The I-526 is for use by an entrepreneur who wishes to immigrate to the United States.|||what do you mean??....
