Can a person who holds a treaty status card enter the united states or mexico even thought they hold a fraud charge?|||If you have the money for a good lawyer.|||Oh, tough one. Fraud is a felony, so that would bar you from the US. I'm not sure on Mexico, but why would you want to go there anyway.
I don't think that having status would change that. Best bet would be to call the INS and ask them.
